REAL ESTATE - LISTING PHOTOS: $175+
WE offer Interior and Exterior Real Estate Listing Photos for every listing from flips to the highest of Luxury, our listing photos are for use in digital and print marketing directly related to the sale of your listing. They are priced in packages based on number of photos vs square footage – we treat all listings the same, no matter the size! Image pricing offered has the creative fee built in and you may choose any number of images from 12, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45 images or more, depending on your needs. Additional images are available per image, if needed. Pricing Starts at $175 for flash-ambient based imagery and is offered for both commercial and residential listings.

REAL ESTATE - PREMIUM EXTERIOR PHOTOS: $75+
We offer Premium Exterior Listing Photos for every listing that needs to be represented in the perfect light. While we do our best to capture perfect exteriors of all out real estate listing photos, there are times that the light and weather are not cooperating. If you need your listing in the best light, we encourage you to book your listings in one of our premiere time slots early in the morning or later in the day. End of the day time slots (within 1.5 hours before sunset) are only available when booked as an add-on to our Twilight services. Pricing starts at $75.

REAL ESTATE - TWILIGHT PHOTOS: $125+
In today’s real estate market, finding ways to separate your listings is becoming more and more crucial, and True Twilight Photos are a way to give your listing a creative approach in separating itself from the rest of the listings within its price point. True Twilight Photos are offered as stand alone or add-on’s to our Real Estate Listing and Real Estate Premium Exterior Photos, with the added option of light painting. Pricing starts at $125.

REAL ESTATE - AERIAL PHOTOS: $75+
As an FAA 107 Certified Drone Pilot, Paul is able to capture aerial photographs for your commercial and residential real estate listings up to 400 feet above ground level (AGL). Pricing starts at $75.

REAL ESTATE – VIRTUAL STAGING: $35+
We offer Virtual Staging for Real Estate as single image edits or in packages of 5 and 10 image. Each virtually staged image is offered with a single revision should you feel it needs small adjustments. Additional staging (edit time) is available at an hourly fee. Please specify your style when booking. Pricing (per image) starts at $35.

As an FAA 107 Certified Drone Pilot, Paul is able to capture aerial videography for your commercial and residential Real Estate Listings up to 400 feet above ground level (AGL). All video is captured and delivered in 4K unless otherwise specified prior to your session. Pricing starts at $200.

Listing videos are created using a combination of aerial and hand-held exterior and interior video captured on DJI drones and gimbals paired with a Sony a1 mirrorless camera and Atomos Ninja V Plus. Pricing starts at $250.
