What Real Estate Media Services do you Offer?
We offer agency/agent headshots, branding imagery, environmental portraits, headshots, residential and commercial property listing photography, True Twilights, 107 certified Aerial Drone photo/video, video reels, walkthrough/property videography, 360º Tours (Matterport + Zillow), 2D/3D floor plans, virtual staging, retouching and more for real estate agencies/groups, brokers, agents, listing services and FSBO.
How is your Pricing Structured?
For our MLS Listing photography and media, we offer two levels of work, a “Standard Series” and “Signature Series,” that you can close from.
Each Series had two pricing tiers — the first pricing tier is for real estate agencies / groups, brokers and agents, and the second pricing tier is for Airbnb, Vrbo, Zillow, FSBO and other listing services.
MLS Listing photography and media is defined as being listed “For Sale” or “For Rent,” and to us, there is no designated difference between residential and commercial real estate properties in pricing as long as the imagery is not used in a commercial advertising way. (To qualify for the “For Sale” and “For Rent” rates, the property must be listed, accordingly and be active.)
What Locations do you Service?
For real estate media listings, we serve the South Metro Atlanta areas, Middle Georgia (Forsyth, Macon, Warner Robins, Perry areas), Greensboro/Lake Oconee/Lake Sinclair, Valdosta, Tifton and Cordele areas, as well as all the small towns and locations in between. If you do not see your location, please3 inquire… chances are, we cover it.
Should I choose “Standard” or “Signature Series” Photography + Media?
In short, it all depends on your needs, brand and the home. Our “Standard Series” media provides exceptional quality imagery for most listings, and our “Signature Series” media is aimed at luxury real estate listings and those that want their imagery to have a vastly different approach and look. We can mix and match, but each tier must be booked for the same home at the same time. Due to the differences between this type of imagery, it is not advisable to mix and match these images types on MLS. However, if you want a higher end produce to use when marketing the home or just need higher end imagery, the “Signature Series” the solution for you.
How Long will the Shoot Last?
It depends on the property, but properties that are 100% photo ready generally take less time than those that are not. Upon arrival, we spend around 10-15 minutes working with the agent and/or property owner on any final prep to ensure the agents gets the best return on investment.
For our “Stand Series” MLS Listing photography and media, you should expect interior image capture to range between 30 minutes to an hour and exterior image capture to take approximately 10 minutes. Depending on the home, some properties can take longer.
For our “Signature Series” MLS Listing photography and media, you should expect each interior image to take approximately 3-5 minutes per image to capture, with exteriors generally taking 15-20 and larger properties taking longer.
For all other media, once you book our services, we can give you a better idea on how long your session will last. However, general drone footage and floor plans take 15-20 minutes each. Videography is more specialized and dependent on the types you choose, but it can take anywhere from 15 minutes to an hour and more; the more you combine, the longer it can take.
Do You Offer Online Booking + Payments?
Yes, we offer online booking and all payments are made at the time of booking. If you are interested in booking any of our MLS listing media services for your residential and commercial property, you may do so by visiting the “Book” the link at the top of the page or by clicking the link at the end of this paragraph. Either link directs you to our booking page where you will need to create an account that allows you access to our complete list of real estate media services, pricing, and booking. Once setup, you can always access our booking page by heading straight to our booking portal, book.realestatephotosga.com.
At times, we may have a last minute shoot that is not booked and paid up front… beginning January 2024, all payments are due before or at time of download.
Do you offer True Twilight Photography?
Yes, we offer True Twilight photography, and we offer discounts on the services if it is booked to immediately follow your home. Otherwise, the True Twilights are viewed as a return visit, and will not be discounted. See our booking page and price list for more info… Though not the same, we do offer simulated twilights, and you will find that option when booking.
Do I (the realtor) have to be on-site when you are capturing the Images?
In short, it depends on where the property is located… if the property is in a known bad area, then yes, you or a representative must be on site the entire time. For properties outside the Middle Georgia area, Paul pay’s monthly for Supra Key and had the same background check you did. If you use a CBS code on your boxes, you will need to present the CBS code at the time of the booking or before we arrive.
For Mid-GA properties, we are happy to use lock boxes or meet you on-site. Just remember, if you do not show up to review the home before we capture the imagery, there will be a full return fee if you later deem the property not photo ready. We will open blinds that are easy to turn, turn on lights and move garbage cans, but we do not have time to completely stage a property once we are on site.
How are my Images Delivered?
If you choose a Marketing Kit, you will receive a property Website and your images will be delivered through the portal that you enter all your MLS information for the property. All Marketing kits expire after one year and will be deleted from our host provider unless you pay the current annual renewal rate.
For all other properties, we use PhotoShelter to deliver and store backups of client images – your native camera RAW and final sRGB jpeg image edits. As a photo buyer from Abell Real Estate Media, you will have your own unique image archive that will contain all of the work we do for you.
PhotoShelter imagery is accessible 24-7 and may be downloaded at any time from your personal folder.
What Size Images do I get?
PhotoShelter allows me to specify an image download size that meets your exact needs, including the original file. Check with each place you plan on uploading imagery and let me know so that I can specify the exact pixel dimension for your New Listing download. In general, 2800 - 3000 pixels works great for most MLS sites.
What is your Photo Turnaround Time?
Typical image turnaround from capture is between 24-48 hours from the close of business the day your listing is captured – most are delivered within the 24 hours.
If I shoot your images on a Monday, I will upload your images to be edited that evening. They are generally available to me within 24 hours. Faster service is available for an extra fee and delivered by 8AM the next day!
Walkthroughs, Video and Drone Video can range from 24-48 hours, depending on your specific video choices.
