Our Real Estate Photography Packages & Add-on Creative Services

Multiple Pricing Plans for Every Budget…

As a photographer, I know that every client has different needs for photography and that each and every house might need a different plan. Because of that, I have done my best to provide plans that represent all levels of residential and commercial real-estate photography.

From the Available Light “Flip/Rental” plan though the Flash/Ambient “Custom” plan, I am offering professional level photography at every price point — Look at it as Budget to Luxury and which one meets your listing's needs and your brand as a real estate professional.

What’s great about these plans is that you have complete and total control over how you market your client’s homes and your brand. When you are listing a flip or rental home, I would suggest choosing package #1. When you have that amazing home, perfect in every way, we can capture your listing with two thoughts in mind –– moving your client’s home as fast as possible and your brand/identity marketing. On other occasions a mid-tier package will do the trick. There is no one-size fits all, as all homes, markets and buyers are not the same. You have the choice to choose the plan that best suits your listing and needs. As a real estate professional, your brand and identity should always be on your mind, and with that my goal is to deliver the highest quality content your listing, budget and target buyers will support. In the end, that will become your brand/identity for each and every level of home you list.

You are the real estate expert, and I trust you to know the imagery that best represents your clients and market. When choosing a plan, consider your listing price, local market, target buyers, location and how well your listing will present in imagery. Go with a package that will capture and captivate your audience as best it can. Stronger images yield more views, and more views leads to more potential buyers.

As much as I would love to sell you a custom package for every home, I know that is not logical, nor would it be ethical.

If you need help deciding which package is right for you and your listing(s), I am here to help.

No matter the plan you choose, it is important to know that I am bringing 20+ years of award-winning graphic design and photography to each and every assignment. No plan is approached with greater importance over another. The differences in my packages comes down to two simple things: time spent capturing the imagery and additional equipment used –– using the best camera equipment available today, some of our packages can take up to 5 hours, and even more, to shoot!

What to Expect from Real Estate Photography of Middle Georgia

I am aware that each of you have a number of quality photographers to choose from within the Middle-Georgia and South Atlanta Metro areas, and I want to thank you for consideration in providing your professional real estate photography.

As a photographer, I have been lucky to be sponsored by Sony, Canon and Nikon through the years. Today, I shoot Sony for most everything, other than architecture and high-end real estate photography where I shoot a combination of Sony cameras and lenses, as well as Canon cameras and tilt-shift lenses. Each camera is mounted on top of a Gitzo and/or a Really Right Stuff Carbon Fiber tripod via an Arca-Swiss C1 Cube — the gold standard of photographic tripod heads. This head, alone, is $1,800, the tripods $1,000 each, the Sony cameras $4500 each, the combination of lenses, between $2,000 - $3,000 each and the Profoto lighting approximately $6,500+. I mention the expense of gear for two reasons: one to inform you that I am serious about what I do and another to let you know that your imagery is being captured with the best photo gear available today.

I arrive at each shoot with the same equipment that I use to capture imagery for all my clients, and my guarantee to you is that I will never sacrifice your images over time on location. I am not about getting in and out as fast as I can and under just about every circumstance, I will go over the time set for each plan.

Your images are my #1 priority, and I do what needs to be done to capture imagery that you and your clients will be proud of — photographs that will move your listings. Just as I have discussed how the images we choose reflect your brand, each and every one of your images is mine, and under no circumstances will I ever sacrifice what is expected and what is delivered.

I look forward to getting to know each and every one of you, and can’t wait to see how I can help you now and in the future.
