Flash/Ambient “Deluxe” – Real Estate Photography (for Listing Agent) – $300 and up

Our highest priced package, generally for high-end/luxury homes between 3000 - 5000 square feet. All rooms seen in the distance are lit and blended to ensure that each view is lit perfectly throughout, giving each frame a proper balance of light and color in the fore, middle and background.

Flash & Ambient blend images delivered within 24-48 hours. Total Image numbers vary up to 50 total images and no more than 30 interior images; includes faux twilight. (up to 3 hrs)

NOTE: Main views are captured using Sony Alpha series cameras with Canon tilt-shift, manual focus, architectural lenses. Only small bathrooms, etc. will be captured using Sony 12-24 G-Master or Canon 11-24 2.8 autofocus lenses. 

Additional Equipment Used + Time: Gitzo Carbon Fiber monopod, Apple iPad Pro with CamRanger 2, Arca-Swiss C1 Cube architectural tripod head, (2) Profoto B10 Plus lights, (1) Profoto A1X Flash and additional modifiers, as needed. Capture on-site, plus time needed to properly blend and edit ambient and flashed frames into your single, delivered image.
