Our Custom Real Estate Photography plan is the best of everything we do, and it is generally suited for luxury homes that are in the price range of $1,000,000 and up. I spend more time on each and every view, detailing all of the finer aspects of a home in this price range.
Any family looking to purchase a home in this range often gravitates towards the finer things in life, and the imagery produced from these sessions is guaranteed to grab their attention. Additionally, it could be featured in any of the higher-end architectural and home publications ever produced. Think commercial and high-end editorial.
These packages should be purchased by the listing agent looking to deliver the ultimate marketing experience to the sellers that chose them to sell their home. These images will attract views and potential buyers and are guaranteed to separate your listing from any in this price range. They are also perfect for the realtor looking to add to their personal portfolio of luxury homes they have listed and sold!
Flash & Ambient blend images delivered within 24-48 hours. Total Image numbers vary up to 60 total images and no more than 30 interior images. (varies, 4 hrs+), but this is a Custom plan, and any image number totals are available. All rooms seen in the distance are lit and blended to ensure that each view is lit perfectly throughout, giving each frame a proper balance of light and color.
NOTE: All views are captured using Sony Alpha series cameras with Canon tilt-shift, manual focus, architectural lenses. Only rooms too small to be captured with the (widest) 17mm Canon tilt-shift will be captured using the wider Sony 12-24 G-Master or Canon 11-24 2.8 autofocus lenses.
Additional Equipment Used + Time: Gitzo Carbon Fiber monopod, Apple iPad Pro with CamRanger 2, Arca-Swiss C1 Cube architectural tripod head, (2) Profoto B10 Plus lights, (1) Profoto A1X Flash and additional modifiers, as needed. Capture on-site, plus time needed to properly blend and edit ambient and flashed frames into your single, delivered image.
