Flash/Ambient “Basic” – Real Estate Photography (for Listing Agent) – $175+
Our lowest priced package using Flash & Ambient images, generally for smaller homes and condos, less than 2000 square feet, but can be upgraded for any size home.
VIP: As part of this base package, all rooms and hallways seen in the distance are brought to light using ambient blended images with no flash filling distant rooms. If you wish for your distant rooms to be lit with flash, to produce the most accurate colors, we will light distant rooms same way we light the main room to create a beautifully lit and color balanced final image –– none of our competition is doing this. If you choose this plan but only choose to light the main room being shown, this package begins at $175 and moves up $25 with each tier.
Final images delivered within 24-48 hours. Total Image numbers vary up to 30 total images and no more than 20 interior images. (up to 1.5 hrs)
NOTE: Main views are captured using Sony Alpha series cameras with Sony 12-24 G-Master or Canon 11-24 2.8 autofocus lenses. Canon tilt-shift lenses are not a part of this basic package but select rooms may be purchased as an add-on – photographer selects views captured with tilt-shift lenses.
Additional Equipment Used + Time: Gitzo Carbon Fiber monopod, Arca-Swiss C1 Cube architectural tripod head, (2) Profoto B10 Plus lights and (1) Profoto A1X Flash. Capture on-site, plus time needed to properly blend and edit ambient and flashed frames into your single, delivered images.
