Image retouching to look as though your listing’s daylight image was shot at night versus a true twilight image that requires a minimum of 1 hour on location, plus extensive layer editing. 

Depending on your Real Estate Photography plan, your exterior daylight images may be shot with a Sony wide angle or Canon tilt-shift. The example here was shot with a Canon tilt-shift architectural lens but edited completely from a daylight image. (no extra time, just editing time)
