Available Light “Flip/Rental” – Real Estate Photography (for Listing Agent)

This is our entry level real estate photography service aimed at providing professional level imagery for listing agents on homes that are below or near the 100K range, often used for flips or lower end rental homes. This service is only offered on homes less than 2500 square feet.

Images delivered by the next morning. Total image numbers vary up to 20 images directly from the camera – listing agent’s choice of available light or bounced flash/ambient combo into the same image. (30 minutes).

NOTE: All images are captured using Sony Alpha series cameras with Sony G-Master 12-24 or 16-35 2.8 lenses. This package does not include the Flash and Ambient blended images included with our other packages. If you are looking for a small package with more precise color accuracy, Flash and Ambient blend photography may be purchased as an add-on for the complete shoot.

Additional Equipment Used + Time: Gitzo Carbon Fiber monopod, Arca-Swiss C1 Cube architectural tripod head and (1) Profoto A1X Flash, plus time to properly color balance, export and deliver final images.
